The project includes three main elements.
The first is the introduction of a new service - electric bike rental, which will allow the company to diversify its offer and attract new customers, especially those interested in active recreation in the mountains.
The second element is a significant modernization of the service base by purchasing new catering equipment and an interactive monitor, which will enable the development of the offer and diversification towards a conference center, increasing the company's revenues and attractiveness for business customers. It also assumes the implementation of a robot waiter that will act as a supplier of meals and drinks for customers during the conference. Its task will be to minimize contact between people, which will reduce the risk of infection in the case of infectious diseases, including those similar to COVID-19. Thanks to the robot, orders will be processed without the involvement of staff, eliminating potential sources of virus transmission. Additionally, the robot's constant hygiene and the lack of the need to wear masks will contribute to even greater safety. This innovative approach not only protects the health of customers and employees, but also creates a unique experience, increasing the attractiveness of the company and strengthening its reputation as a safe and friendly place.
All in all, this project brings a comprehensive modernization of the company, increasing its competitiveness, attractiveness to customers and care for the environment, especially thanks to the introduction of 2 new services, which can additionally increase the company's resistance to crises similar to COVID-19.
The project will be implemented from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.
